Every relationship has its tough moments—miscommunication, tension, emotional distance, or feeling stuck. Relationship counselling offers a safe, practical space to work through those challenges with care and intention.

At Cairns Wellbeing and Training, I work with couples of all ages, backgrounds, and nationalities—both in-person and online—helping them reconnect, understand one another, and create new patterns that support their shared values.

I work with couples of all ages, genders, sexualities, and cultural backgrounds—whether you're navigating the early years of your relationship or have been together for decades. He's supported first-time partners, long-married couples, intercultural relationships, LGBTQIA+ partnerships, blended families, and those working through separation with care.
